Custom Paper Sizes in MS Word

You can choose from a variety of properties to modify the size of your printed materials. There are four options to change these properties. They are labeled Alignment, Margins, Base size, and Color. You can also add a third property if you plan to make multiple copies of the same document.

To open the Customized Paper Properties dialog box, click the right Arrow button. This button can be located in the main menu of your printer. To alter the layout, click on the “link icon”.

Preset Colors – On older printers, you might have to input manually the desired color for each page. Newer printers allow you to select a customized size paper from a range of pre-set colors. To access the color palette, click “color” and you’ll get a list of colors. Click on the appropriate color to alter your color choices. Click the “back” button to return to the color palette.
